Your personal Chef

Onboard chefs combine formal culinary training with worldly knowledge to make a fully custom menu consisting of delectable dishes created with only the freshest local ingredients. A provisioning form is sent to you and is to be completed in advance of your private yacht charter. The information you provide on the preference form is sent to the Captain and Chef of the yacht. The chef creates a menu tailored specifically to each guests’ food and alcohol preferences. Special diets are accommodated and it is important to include any food allergies on your preference form.
